Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT, or MBA.
• 7+ years of experience with JDE Worldsoft A7.3 modules (Order Management, Procurement, Supply Chain).
• Strong understanding of Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules.
• Proficient in business requirements analysis, gap identification, solution proposals and design development.
• Proficient in ERP data analysis using SQL tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Application support: Production support for JDE Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain; ensure data integrity.
• Troubleshooting: identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• User support: provide technical support to end users on JDE applications.
• Training: develop and deliver training materials for end-users.
• Knowledge management: document configurations, processes and troubleshooting steps; maintain knowledge base.
• Collaboration: work with clients, technical teams and stakeholders.
• Data analysis: develop SQL scripts to extract ERP data for analysis.
• Continuous improvement: identify opportunities to improve performance and processes.
• Business requirements analysis: document requirements and propose improvements.
• Data migration: map data between Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules.
• Mentoring: mentor junior team members.

Job Description

We are seeking JDE Senior Sales & Distribution Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive functional experience in implementing and supporting JDE Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules. Also, preferred to have a strong background in application development, deployment and production support processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Support: Leading Production support for JDE Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules. Identifying and resolving complex issues while providing support to end users on JDE ERP application. Provide support third-party interfaces and ensure data integrity.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues related to Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules. Identify root causes of problems and implement effective solutions.
• User support: Providing technical support to end users on JDE applications, addressing queries and resolving issues.
• Training: Developing and delivering training materials and sessions for end-users on Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules.
• Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a knowledge base for easy access to information.
• Collaboration: Collaborating with clients, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth application management.
• Data Analysis: Develop simple to medium complexity SQL scripts to extract ERP data for analysis.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in application performance, processes, and user experience. Participate in the development and implementation of new enhancements.
• Business Requirements Analysis: Understanding client's business processes and identifying areas for improvement using Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Data Migration: Develop Source to Target ERP mappings from or to Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules.
• Mentoring: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
• 7+ years of experience working with JDE Worldsoft A7.3 Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules.
• Strong understanding of modules like - Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules.
• Knowledgeable in Business requirement analysis, Gap identification, Solution proposals and Design development.
• Proficient in ERP data analysis using SQL tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with functional teams and business users.

Preferred Qualifications

Experienced with SDLC/Agile methodologies and project management
