Job summary

Techila Global is seeking a Salesforce DevOps Lead to drive DevOps, release management, and Data Cloud initiatives across client projects in a remote setup.

You will have hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps, Azure DevOps, and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash, Node.js), and define branching, PR governance, and environment promotions. Strong communication and governance skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 11–12 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps and Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on with scripting across PowerShell, Python, Bash, and JavaScript/Node.js.
• Strong governance of branching, PRs, and environment promotions.
• Expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud deployment strategies and Data Kit deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce DevOps, release management, and Data Cloud initiatives across projects.
• Define branching strategies, repository governance, and PR processes.
• Develop and maintain YAML pipelines, automation frameworks, and scripting solutions.
• Establish Azure DevOps governance, access controls, and secrets management.
