Job summary

Luxoft India is seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead to steer the Platform Modernization Project for an Investment Bank. The role centers on cloud-native architecture, microservices, and modernization of the bank's technology platform.

You will define backend standards with Spring Boot/Spring Cloud, lead code reviews, and ensure timely delivery while managing risks. Collaboration across Product, QA, Operations, and Infrastructure is essential to drive DevOps adoption.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software development experience with Java.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership or architect role.
• Experience in Platform Modernization/Migration for Financial Services or Banking.
• Strong backend Java skills: Microservices, Spring Boot, Collections, Low Latency, Multithreading, Concurrency.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure & DevOps and deployment processes.
• Understanding of deployment processes, server connectivity, and resource management (RAM/CPU).
