Job summary

MaxRidge Private Limited in India is seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead to design scalable Java solutions, lead engineering teams, mentor developers, and drive technical excellence across projects. You will develop and integrate REST APIs and microservices while guiding architecture and best practices.

The role requires 8+ years of Java development, strong Core Java expertise, and hands-on Spring Boot experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional Java development experience
• Strong expertise in Core Java
• Hands-on experience with Java 8+
• Strong experience with Spring Boot & Spring Framework
• Excellent understanding of REST APIs & Microservices
• Strong knowledge of Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, and JVM concepts
• Good experience with SQL and relational databases
• Experience with Kafka / Redis is an advantage
• Understanding of Spring Security and authentication/authorization
• Strong experience with Git and Agile development
• Proven team handling and mentoring experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar is an added advantage
