Job summary

Conduent in Hyderabad seeks a Senior Manager, Application Development / IT Delivery to lead end-to-end software delivery across multiple teams. You will drive strategy, oversee budgets, timelines and quality, and engage with executives and clients to ensure successful IT programs.

You will mentor 10-20+ engineers and analysts, shape delivery practices, and ensure SDLC compliance while aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Hands on experience with Java technologies.
• Proven experience managing large-scale software development and delivery programs.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software development projects from initiation to deployment.
