Must-Have

• Strong experience in Java (8+) and Spring Boot.
• Experience building RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Hands‑on knowledge of JPA / Hibernate.
• Experience writing unit tests using JUnit or similar frameworks.
• Basic understanding of OOP concepts and data structures.

Good-to-Have

• Exposure to microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Basic knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes.
