Job summary

Intellect Design Arena Ltd in Mumbai seeks a hands-on Tech Lead to drive design, development, and evolution of our enterprise platforms. You will lead a high-performing team to build scalable microservices and manage multi-cloud deployments.

This role requires strong Java/Spring Boot, Angular frontend leadership, Docker and Kubernetes experience, and solid data security knowledge to integrate financial systems.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership or architectural role.
• Proven experience in Multi-Cloud environments (AWS & Azure).
• Strong background in Identity Management and Security Protocols.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Architecture & Development: Lead end-to-end design of microservices using Java/Spring Boot and Apache Camel for complex integrations.
• Front-End Leadership: Oversee modern, responsive UIs using Angular.
• Cloud & Orchestration: Architect and manage containerized deployments with Docker and Kubernetes across AWS and Azure environments, Istio service mesh.
• Data Management: Design data layers with PostgreSQL (RDS) and Oracle, using Hasura for Experience APIs.
• Security & Identity: Implement and maintain OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SAML 2.0 IdP integrations for clients and banking partners.
• Messaging & Events: Ensure high-throughput messaging with Apache Kafka, ActiveMQ, and JMS.
• Reporting & Logging: Manage enterprise reporting with Logi Reports and ensure observability with Log4j.

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and evolution of our enterprise-grade platforms. In this role, you will lead a high-performing engineering team to build scalable microservices, manage multi-cloud deployments, and ensure seamless integration across diverse financial and data systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Development: Lead the end-to-end design of microservices using Java/Spring Boot and Apache Camel for complex system integrations.
• Front-End Leadership: Oversee the development of modern, responsive user interfaces using Angular.
• Cloud & Orchestration: Architect and manage containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes (K8s) across AWS and Azure environments, utilizing Istio service mesh.
• Data Management: Design robust data layers using PostgreSQL (RDS) and Oracle, leveraging Hasura for Experience APIs.
• Security & Identity: Implement and maintain OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SAML 2.0 compliant Identity Provider (IdP) integrations for both clients and banking partners.
• Messaging & Events: Ensure high-throughput communication via Apache Kafka, ActiveMQ, and JMS.
• Reporting & Logging: Manage enterprise reporting via Logi Reports (JReport) and ensure system observability through Log4j.
