You will define technical solutions for BaNCS Banking Applications, lead deployments across client IT landscapes, and mentor teams on architecture and implementation.

Qualifications

JD:

1. 1. Hands on Expertise in developing Banking systems in Java architecture.
2. 2. Experience in Java Application Design / Development and integration architecture along with modern technologies like Apache Kafka, Container orchestration and microservices architecture.
3. 3. Good level of exposure to cloud-native architecture and DevOps Practices . AWS/AZURE Exposure is nice to have
4. 4. Experience using and developing RESTful APIs using JAX-RS, JSON ;
5. 5. Technical skills one or more out of : Java EE , Struts , Angular , Springboot , Database query writing in RDBMS ( Oracle / DB2/PostgreSQL) , Github , Jmeter,Swagger , Agile Methodologies , data migration

Roles:

1. 1. Defining Technical Solution Architecture of TCS BaNCS Banking Applications in the area of Core Banking / Payments / Digital Banking / Loan Origination
2. 2. Engaging with customers in presenting , defending , enhancing the Technical Solution & Architecture
3. 3. Leading a team to deploy TCS BaNCS Banking Applications in the IT Landscape of customers
4. 4. Designing Interfaces between TCS BaNCS and other applications using the technology and frameworks
5. 5. Mentor and guide engineering teams on architectural decisions and implementation strategies
6. 6. Develop thought leadership related to technology and architecture in relevance of the domain Core Banking /Payments/Loan Origination/Digital Banking e.g. architecture for AI in banking etc
7. 7. Conducts architecture reviews, code reviews and risk assessments
8. 8. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
9. 9. Coordinates onsite and offshore teams to keep track of deliveries.
10. 10. Provide review on critical technical dependencies on the program
11. 11. Monitor the gaps and make the right escalation to stakeholders
12. 12. Responsible for Lifecycle Management activity for tech stack for TCS BaNCS and also responsible for any technology & Infrastructure upgrade
