UST in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Lead Full Stack Java Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications. The role requires strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React JS, and modern full-stack practices.

You will mentor team members, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure high-quality software solutions. Expect ownership of technical deliverables and ongoing architectural guidance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Full Stack Software Development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading development teams or owning technical deliverables.
• Strong understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, and Software Engineering Principles.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications.
• Develop robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices Architecture.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, BAs, UX/UI Designers, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards, security practices, and development best practices.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical leadership across projects.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and scalability.
• Design and manage database solutions using SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimations, and technical discussions.
• Support CI/CD implementation, release management, and cloud deployments.
