Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web apps using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
• Develop robust backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Java/Spring Boot.
• Build responsive and reusable user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Integrate React frontend applications with backend REST APIs and services.
• Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and high-quality code following coding standards.
• Implement application security, authentication, authorization, and appropriate error handling.
• Troubleshoot application issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and other development teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to application performance optimization, scalability, and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Backend Java

• Strong hands-on experience with Core Java.
• Strong experience with Java 8/11/17+.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.
• Good knowledge of OOP, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, Streams, and Design Patterns.
• Strong experience with SQL and relational databases.

Frontend – React

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript/ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with React Hooks, Components, State Management, and reusable UI components.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Redux or other state-management frameworks is an advantage.

Development & Tools

• Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, JUnit, and Mockito.
• Good understanding of CI/CD practices.
• Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes is preferred.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is an added advantage.
