Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Pune is seeking a backend developer to design and implement robust microservices using Java and Spring Boot, with RESTful APIs, and contribute to data modeling with Oracle and PostgreSQL.

You will collaborate in an Agile team, review code, and work on CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS. Frontend touch with React may be involved.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing microservices and REST APIs.
• SQL knowledge with PostgreSQL experience.
• Familiarity with Git for source control.
• Experience in Agile teams with Jira or similar.
• Understanding of software design, testing, debugging.
• Experience with OWASP security principles.
• Frontend tech: ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Cloud familiarity (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Jenkins and CI/CD tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
