Job summary

Iris Software, Inc. is hiring a Senior Engineer – Technology/Lead- Technology in Noida with 6–7 years of experience. The role covers frontend, backend, data, and DevOps aspects in a hybrid model (office 3 days a week).

The candidate should be proficient in Angular 14+, TypeScript, Java 11+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, MongoDB, OpenSearch, and related tools, with strong TDD and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Frontend stack with Angular 14+ using TS, RxJS and modern Angular features.
• HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and responsive UI design.
• Backend stack with Java 11+ and Spring Boot for REST services.
• OpenSearch, MongoDB, and basic database tuning knowledge.
• Familiar with API gateways and testing practices (TDD).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend features with Angular 14+ and TS.
• Build robust REST APIs and integrate with backend services.
• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum setup within distributed teams.
• Write unit/integration tests using JUnit/Mockito and Angular testing tools.
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and quality delivery.

Role: Senior Engineer – Technology/Lead- Technology

Shift Timing : 12:30PM-9:30PM (Noida- 3days working from office)

Experience range: 6-7 years

Required Skills & Experience

Frontend

• Strong hands-on experience with Angular 14+, TypeScript, RxJS, and modern Angular features (signals preferred).
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and responsive UI design.
• Experience with frontend performance optimization and state management.

Backend

• Strong proficiency in Java 11+, Spring Boot, and REST API development.
• Familiarity with Spring Cloud Gateway or similar API Gateway frameworks.

Data

• Experience working with MongoDB, including indexing and basic performance tuning.
• Working knowledge of OpenSearch for search and aggregation-based queries.

Tools & Platforms

• Hands-on experience with Postman, SoapUI, Git, and application monitoring tools like Dynatrace.

Testing

• Practical experience implementing TDD practices using JUnit, Mockito, and Angular testing utilities.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Ownership-driven approach toward code quality, technical debt, and deliverables.
• Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment with distributed teams.
