Qualifications

6+ years software engineering experience with current industry tooling.
Deep technical skills: hands-on coding, debugging frontend and backend APIs with cloud experience.
Frontend tech: TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, MUI, React core principles.
Strong collaboration, communication, and ability to work in a team.
Experience mentoring engineers and managing product team metrics.

Responsibilities

Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces with Angular/React js, ensuring seamless integration with backend API services.
Manage and deploy applications on Google Cloud Platform and Cloud Functions for efficient cloud operations.
Implement coding standards and best practices to maintain high code quality and consistency.
Continuously improve application performance by reducing latency and enhancing throughput for both backend and frontend components.
Implement security measures and conduct regular audits to ensure applications meet security and compliance standards.
Identify and resolve technical issues, performing root cause analysis to maintain system reliability.
Create and maintain technical documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team to promote continuous learning.

Requirements

B.E / BTech with 6 to 8 yrs of Experience in software development with front-end (React/Angular)and back-end(JAVA/J2EE, Springboot ,REST api ) with knowledge of cloud platforms preferably GCP.
6+ years Software Engineering experience with current industry tooling
Deep technical skills: Hands-on coding, debugging knowledge in front-end and back-end user interfaces and API services & sql databases with knowledge of cloud platforms preferably GCP.
Front end development - Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, MUI and React core principles.
Proactive risk management: Identifying and mitigating technical risks.
Delivery focus: Meeting sprint goals, high-quality code.
Positive team attitude: Collaboration, knowledge sharing & Effective communication and ability to work in a team.
Software engineering or development experience in a front-end & back-end.

Experience managing Product Team metrics to improve performance and effectiveness.
