Job summary

Virtusa is seeking a Full Stack Lead to drive technical direction, hands-on development, and team leadership for large-scale applications. You will own features end-to-end from design to production, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product managers and architects.

You should be proficient in frontend (React.js, React Native, TypeScript) and backend (Java Spring Boot), with cloud basics and CI/CD practices.

• Build and maintain cross-platform, responsive frontends, and scalable microservices and APIs.
• Ensure reliability, availability, performance, and scalability of systems.
• Review code and enforce engineering best practices.
