Job summary

Tecnoprism in Chennai, India seeks an experienced engineering lead to design and develop scalable full‑stack applications. You will combine Java Spring Boot on the backend with React/Next.js and TypeScript on the frontend, driving the architecture and delivering robust services.

You will define distributed system patterns, build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices, and collaborate with product, UX and other engineers to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions

Qualifications

• Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack apps using Java Spring Boot on the backend and React/Next.js with TypeScript on the frontend.
• Define system architecture patterns for distributed systems, ensuring resilience, scalability, and maintainability.
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration with messaging systems like Kafka, Solace, or Azure Event Hub.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Champion best practices in code quality, CI/CD, testing, and performance optimization.
• Guide junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Participate in architecture reviews, system design discussions, and capacity planning.
