As a Java Developer supporting ReferCircle on a work-from-office professional basis in Pune, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of backend service construction, RESTful API design, database architecture, and cross-functional team collaboration. Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise-grade applications utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework, building secure RESTful APIs and distributed microservices, administering Oracle databases and writing optimized SQL queries, integrating AWS cloud services (ECS, S3) and CI/CD deployment pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional product and engineering squads during agile sprint cycles, and interacting directly with human resources recruitment teams at ReferCircle.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect, design, develop, test, and maintain robust enterprise-grade backend applications and distributed microservices utilizing Java and Spring Boot.
Build secure, scalable RESTful APIs and event-driven communication channels for high-throughput enterprise platforms.
Design, optimize, and manage Oracle relational databases, complex SQL queries, and database indexing strategies.
Integrate AWS cloud infrastructure components including Amazon ECS (Elastic Container Service) and Amazon S3 storage.
