Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced Full Stack Application Developer to lead hands-on development using Java, Spring Boot, and React. The role requires extensive Java experience, cloud AWS familiarity, and streaming tech like Kafka, with strong database and DevOps proficiency.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate deep Java knowledge, Spring ecosystem mastery, and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Full Stack Development experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies (EC2, RDS, S3, ECS, ELB).
• Experience with event streaming and stream processing (Kafka AWS MSK or Confluent) and Kafka Streams; or similar technologies such as ActiveMQ, Apache Spark, Flink, or Storm.
• Strong expertise in Core Java and JDK 8+ features (ExecutorService, Streams, Lambda).
• Deep expertise in Spring Boot and the Spring Framework ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and Redis caching.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Terraform, Nexus, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with cross-functional collaboration.
