Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong fundamentals in Core Java, OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
• Familiarity with Spring or Spring Boot, REST APIs, or web frameworks is a plus.
• Understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL.
• Comfortable with Git and version control workflows.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to work in a team.

The company works with banks and other regulated financial institutions to provide API-driven data connectivity, analytics, and connected finance services.As a Java Developer, you'll join the engineering team and contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of backend modules and APIs that power live financial systems. You'll work under structured mentorship from senior engineers and build your skills through real, in-production work — not toy projects.This is a full-time, in-office role based in Pune. Open to candidates eligible to work in India.
