From a technical standpoint

• 3+ years of strong experience in Java development
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Hibernate, MySQL
• Hands-on exposure to AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Kafka
• Good understanding of backend development, CI/CD, and scalable enterprise applications
