Job summary

Blackstraw Technologies is seeking a proficient Backend Java Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable RESTful services using Java 8, Spring, and microservices.

Strong experience with Hibernate/JPA, PostgreSQL, and Azure is required, along with CI/CD tooling and Agile practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust enterprise-grade applications.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8 and Spring ecosystem.
• Proficiency in building RESTful services and microservices.
• Experience with Hibernate/JPA and SQL databases (PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of Azure, DevOps tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and multithreading.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and unit testing.
