Iris Software is seeking a seasoned Java backend engineer in Noida to design, build and maintain scalable microservices with Spring Boot and REST APIs. The candidate should have 6–8 years of hands-on experience and strong skills in Java, JPA, Kafka, and JWT-based security.

You will own end-to-end delivery of modules, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior developers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Microservices + REST APIs, Backend Unit Testing (JUnit).
• Multithreading & Concurrency, OOPS Concepts, Java 8+.
• JPA, Kafka, Maven, PostgreSQL, Spring Boot + Spring Security (JWT).

Aufgaben

• Design and develop scalable enterprise apps using Java, Spring Boot and microservices.
• Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed systems.
• Develop reusable backend components and enterprise services following clean architecture.
• Optimize performance via caching, asynchronous processing, database tuning, and JVM optimization.
• Own end-to-end delivery of modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness.
• Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Design event-driven architectures and asynchronous communication mechanisms to improve scalability and resilience.
• Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks by performing detailed root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes.
• Mentor junior developers on coding standards, debugging techniques, and modern Java development practices.
