Job summary

Saarthee is seeking a Java Architect with deep expertise in the Payments domain to define, architect, and scale distributed, high‑volume systems.

This role balances strategic technical leadership with hands‑on problem solving and collaboration, ensuring secure, scalable payment platforms.

You will mentor engineers, set architectural standards, and evaluate emerging tools to boost developer productivity and system performance.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of backend engineering experience.
• Expertise in Java (11+), Spring Boot, REST APIs, and AWS Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Payments Domain with proven experience in high-volume distributed systems.
• Experience in system design, scaling, performance optimization, and security.
• Hands-on with Microservices, NoSQL databases, RDBMS, and caching techniques.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins).
• Knowledge of at least one additional programming language (Go, Python preferred).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum).
