Job summary

HighRadius is seeking a Java Architect to define and own the technical architecture for enterprise finance solutions. You will lead architecture design, evaluate frameworks, and drive scalable, high-performance systems across the stack.

Ideal candidates have 11–15 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and hands-on expertise with Java, Struts, Hibernate, Spring Boot, and AWS infrastructure. The role emphasizes architecture governance and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Defines and owns the technical architecture of systems to deliver business objectives while ensuring quality standards.

• Creates designs and frameworks for models and validates adherence to the architecture.
• Conceptualizes the design and development of technical systems as per requirements.
• Handles the technical tracks of architecture and product selection.
• Optimizes performance and creates reference benchmarks; suggests best practices.
• Drives effort reduction through efficient architecture and technical solutions.
