Qualifications

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Java backend and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy resilient microservices and APIs with Java.
• Develop relational and NoSQL schemas, optimize queries and transactions.
• Implement asynchronous messaging using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines to ensure secure, reliable deployments.
• Ensure secure API design, versioning, error handling, and performance.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Java API Management & Microservices Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable backend applications and distributed systems in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy resilient, high-throughput microservices and RESTful/GraphQL APIs using Java or other modern backend technologies.
• Develop efficient relational and NoSQL database schemas, optimize queries, and manage transactions and caching.
• Implement asynchronous messaging and event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or cloud-based queues.
• Integrate automated testing and CI/CD pipelines to ensure code quality, security, and reliable deployments.
• Implement secure API design, authentication, authorization, versioning, error handling, and performance optimization.
• Work with containers, Kubernetes, cloud-native services, and observability tools.
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with architecture, database, security, QA, and SRE teams.
• Work with database technologies including Oracle, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL, with a focus on performance and reliability.
