We are looking for an experienced Java + Generative AI Engineer with strong expertise in backend application development, scalable architecture design, and AI-powered solution development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building enterprise-grade Java applications while leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, agentic workflows, and AI orchestration frameworks to solve complex business problems.

Required Experience

• 6 to 9 years of software development experience


• Strong hands‑on coding experience in Java-based enterprise applications


• Experience designing scalable, distributed, and cloud-native systems


• Practical experience with Generative AI and LLM-powered applications

Core Java Skills

• Strong knowledge of Java fundamentals (Collections, Streams, Concurrency, JVM)


• Expertise in Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns


• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Microservices


• REST API design and development


• Multithreading and performance optimization


• Strong understanding of application architecture and backend system design


• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka/RabbitMQ


• Knowledge of database design and optimization (SQL/NoSQL)
