This is a permanent full-time position with immediate joining at ourNew Delhi headquarters, inside the content cell serving all five intelligence domains. The composition standard is high: prose that reads as thought-in-Japanese, with honorific levels set deliberately and loanwords deployed with restraint. What you will actually do:

• Author original Japanese material for live engagements — market-facing articles, client memoranda, and communications drafts written natively in mixed kanji-kana text
• Supervise everything the firm releases in Japanese, bringing other authors’ drafts to native-publishing grade before they go out
• Set the Japanese conventions others write under: script-mix policy, honorific calibrations per client, and rulings on katakana borrowing
