Job summary

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–5 years of experience in finance operations or accounting.
• Language: Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N2 / N3 preferred).
• Technical Skills:
• Hands-on or working knowledge of SAP ERP / Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Familiarity with Blackline (reconciliations, task management).
• Familiarity with Workiva (reporting, documentation).
• Proficiency in MS Excel (lookups, pivot tables, basic automation).
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals.
• Communication: Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Japan‑based clients or Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
• Exposure to financial close automation and reporting tools.
• Understanding of Ind AS / IFRS reporting frameworks.
• Experience in process documentation and SOP creation.
