Job summary

Cortex Consultants LLC seeks a Japanese bilingual specialist with deep D365 F&O and Power Platform expertise to join our delivery team in India.

The ideal candidate will hold JLPT N2/N3, demonstrate strong Japanese communication, and have hands-on experience with D365 F&O and Power Platform projects for Japanese clients.

Relocation to India is supported, with assignments across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Pune, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7-15 years of overall experience with minimum 5 years in D365/Power Platform.
• JLPT N2/N3 certification mandatory; strong Japanese communication.
• Hands-on experience with Japanese clients in technical environments.
• Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune; willing to relocate to India from Japan.

Responsibilities

• Work with Japanese clients to understand business requirements and provide technical/functional solutions.
• Design, develop, implement, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
• Develop applications and automation using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Participate in end-to-end implementation, customization, integration, and support activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct technical discussions with Japanese-speaking clients and business users.

The ideal candidate should possess JLPT N2/N3 certification (mandatory), excellent Japanese communication skills, and hands‑on experience working with Japanese clients in technical environments.
