Job summary

Kyndryl in India is seeking an experienced Japanese language specialist to communicate with Japanese clients, stakeholders, and teams via email, calls, and meetings. You will translate and interpret Japanese-English communications and prepare business documents.

You will support Japanese projects, ensure accurate communication, and uphold professional language standards and workplace etiquette while growing with a hybrid-friendly culture.

Qualifications

• JLPT N1 preferred or N2/N3 minimum.
• 5+ years experience.
• Strong Japanese reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to understand Japanese business etiquette and workplace culture.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant experience working with Japanese clients or teams is an advantage.
