Bilvantis Technologies in Hyderabad is seeking a Technical Lead for J2EE backend development (Java 8/11/17) to drive modernization of Java-based microservices. You will lead a pod of engineers, perform hands-on work, conduct code reviews, and oversee sprint delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of J2EE experience, strong Java/Spring Boot skills, expertise in OAuth2/JWT/SSO, and cloud migrations (Kubernetes/AWS/GCP). Must excel in communication and teamwork.

• 10+ years of J2EE backend development experience.
• Hands-on leadership of a Java/Spring Boot modernization workstream with code reviews and sprint delivery.
• Proficiency in Java (8/11/17), Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Experience implementing authentication & authorization (OAuth2, JWT, SSO) across REST APIs.
• Cloud/container migration experience (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).

We are seeking a talented and motivated Technical Lead to join our team. A key initiative to modernize Java-based microservices, including framework upgrades, authentication & authorization, and cloud migration. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical skills with team leadership, guiding a pod of engineers through delivery in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Along with the individual contributions will also leads a delivery pod of developers and QA engineers executing Java/Spring Boot modernization tasks; reports into the Technical Architect / Delivery Lead.

• Experience should have 10+ years of J2EE backend development.
• Hands-on leadership of a Java/Spring Boot modernization workstream, including code reviews and sprint delivery.
• Strong proficiency in Java (8/11/17), Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Experience implementing authentication & authorization (OAuth2, JWT, SSO) across REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of secrets management practices and cloud/container migration (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
• Solid knowledge of OOP concepts and design principles/patterns for developing scalable applications.
