Job summary

Genpact is seeking an ITOM Architect to design, implement, and govern enterprise ITOM solutions with strong ServiceNow ITOM expertise. You will lead architecture across CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Operational Intelligence to deliver scalable infrastructure visibility and governance.

The role requires translating complex business needs into scalable technical solutions, mentoring teams, and ensuring alignment with ITIL, security, and compliance requirements across IT

Qualifications

• Experience designing and governing ITOM solutions.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Operational Intelligence.
• Ability to translate complex business and infrastructure requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Mentor teams and provide technical leadership across ITOM implementations.
• Align ITOM solutions with ITIL, security and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions across enterprise environments.
• Design and govern CMDB architecture, Configuration Management, CIs, relationships, data models, and CMDB health.
• Architect and implement ServiceNow Discovery for servers, network devices, databases, applications, cloud resources, and other infrastructure components.
• Design and implement Service Mapping to provide end-to-end visibility of business services and application dependencies.
• Architect Event Management solutions for event ingestion, normalization, deduplication, correlation, alert management, and automated remediation.
• Implement Operational Intelligence (OI) and AIOps capabilities to improve monitoring and incident prevention.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with enterprise monitoring and management tools using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub.
• Define and enforce ITOM architecture standards, design patterns, governance, security, and implementation best practices.

We are seeking an experienced ITOM Architect to design, implement, and govern enterprise IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Operational Intelligence, with the ability to translate complex business and infrastructure requirements into scalable technical solutions.

The ITOM Architect will provide technical leadership across IT infrastructure discovery, service visibility, event correlation, configuration management, monitoring integrations, and IT operations transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions across enterprise environments.
• Design and govern CMDB architecture, Configuration Management, CIs, relationships, data models, and CMDB health.

• Perform architecture reviews, solution assessments, technical estimations, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Ensure ITOM solutions align with ITIL, enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Mentor developers, administrators, and technical team members on ITOM architecture and implementation practices.
