Job summary

Pagaar India in Pimpri Chinchwad Industrial Area, Pune, is hiring a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) for Mechanical & Industrial Engineering. Freshers with B.E./B.Tech will undergo rigorous on-the-floor training across production lines, quality control, and industrial workflow optimizations in a premier manufacturing plant.

Annual CTC ranges from ₹4.2 LPA to ₹5.4 LPA with take-home around ₹35k–₹45k per month. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Production Technology.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, CAD/CAM, and lean manufacturing.
• Proficiency with CAD software: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.

Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks on the production floor and implement industrial engineering frameworks to maximize machine efficiency and output.
• Execute routine inspections, quality audits, and root cause analysis (RCA) to minimize defect rates.
• Collaborate with R&D to update CAD drawings, engineering BOMs and documentation.
• Support senior engineers in preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for heavy machinery.
• Enforce SOPs and safety guidelines aligned with plant regulations.
