## ITI Trainee (Trade Apprentice) - FabricationApplylocations: Sanandtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR102281Basic fabrication and welding, tasks while learning and gaining practical experience under the supervision of senior technicians and engineers.**Production & Fabrication Support*** Assist in operating machines such as cutting, bending, drilling, grinding, or welding equipment.* Support in metal fabrication, component preparation, and assembly activities.* Perform basic measurements using Dumply level, Laser cross liners, Theodolite, Universal fillet gauge, etc.* Prepare materials and tools required for daily production.**Quality & Safety Compliance*** Conduct basic visual inspection of fabricated parts.* Follow standard work instructions, SOPs, and quality guidelines.* Maintain 5S practices (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).* Ensure compliance with safety rules—PPE usage, housekeeping, near‐miss reporting.* Assist operators/technicians in routine machine checks.* Report abnormalities, breakdown indicators, unusual noises, etc.* Fill daily production logs, checklists, and material movement slips.**Learning & Skill Development*** Attend technical training sessions, toolbox meetings, and skill assessments.* Learn fabrication processes, welding basics, machining operations, and safety standards.* Participate in Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.**Required Qualifications*** ITI (Fitter / Welder / Turner / Machinist / Sheet Metal / Electrician / Fabrication or relevant trade).* Completed ITI through NCVT/SCVT.**Skills & Competencies*** Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.* Ability to read simple drawings (added advantage).* Good hands‐on practical skills.* Discipline, punctuality, and teamwork.Join us and work with global teams to support global customers !
