Job summary

Mevachi Solutions is seeking an ITI Fitter to support installation, commissioning, inspection, and servicing of equipment at customer sites and in-house. You will perform mechanical assembly, alignment, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance in line with technical specifications.

The role requires reading engineering drawings, using hand/power tools, and traveling to client locations. Freshers may apply; driving licence is a plus. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• ITI certificate in Fitter trade from a recognized institute.
• Freshers may apply; relevant installation, maintenance, or field-service experience is an advantage.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings and use measuring tools.
• Willingness to travel for installation and service work.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, align, and commission units and mechanical components at site.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and servicing of installed units.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs or replacement of parts.
• Read and follow engineering drawings, technical manuals, and installation instructions.

• Coordinate with service engineers, electricians, and customers during installation and service visits.
• Maintain service reports, installation records, and details of materials or spare parts used.
