Job summary

Tannu Tools is seeking a skilled fitter to join our workshop team in developing and assembling mechanical components and CNC equipment. You will interpret engineering drawings, measure parts, and perform drilling, tapping, grinding, and cutting operations with precision.

You will work with hand and power tools, maintain safety standards, and assist in installing mechanical systems and machinery on site as required. Prior experience with drawings and fitting operations is essential.

Qualifications

• ITI in Fitter trade or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, fasteners, bearings, shafts, gears, and mechanical assemblies.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and dimensional inspection.
