Job summary

Reflections Interior Products is seeking a Fitter for our Bengaluru plant. The role involves assembling and fitting fabricated metal components as per engineering drawings and work instructions, with strict adherence to quality standards.

The candidate should be able to read drawings, understand fabrication processes, and use measurement tools and basic welding as needed. 0-5 years' experience and ITI Fitter are preferred.

Qualifications

Job description

The Fitter will be responsible for

-Fabricated metal components

-As per engineering drawings and work instructions

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to read fabrication and engineering drawings.
• Good knowledge of fabrication processes and metal fitting techniques.
• Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as measuring tape, Vernier caliper, steel rule, try square, and spirit level.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
• Good understanding of dimensional accuracy and tolerances.
• Attention to detail and quality-conscious approach.
• Teamwork and willingness to work in a production environment.

Qualification

• ITI Fitter (Preferred)
• Relevant certification in fabrication or mechanical trades is an advantage.

Experience

• 0-5 years of experience in a fabrication, sheet metal, structural steel, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in fabrication of lighting products, sheet metal assemblies, or similar products is preferred.
• MIG/TIG welding processes (basic understanding).
