Job summary

Bsa Edutech in Maharashtra is seeking an ITI Electrical Technician to oversee operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of HT/LT electrical infrastructure, DG sets and related utility systems to ensure safe and reliable facility operations.

The ideal candidate holds ITI in Electrical Trade and Electrical Wireman License, with 3–5 years hands-on experience and the ability to read electrical drawings. Strong emphasis on safety, documentation and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Purpose

Operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of HT/LT electrical infrastructure, DG sets and utility systems to ensure safe and reliable facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operation and maintenance of HT/LT electrical systems.
• Routine operation and upkeep of 2 x 750 kVA DG sets.
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipments.
• Troubleshooting of panels, utilities, distribution systems and control panels of Mechanical utilities.
• Support ADAS, HEIT, Common Infrastructure and Cylinder Test Facility operations.
• Ensure electrical safety and compliance practices.
• Maintain maintenance records and report equipment issues.
• Diagnose electrical faults and perform corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors for timely resolution of faults.
• Maintain daily work reports and maintenance logs.

Qualifications

ITI in Electrical Trade (Mandatory).
Electrical Wireman License (Mandatory.

Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of HT/LT systems, DG sets, VCB/ACB panels, UPS systems and related electrical equipment.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, power distribution, and industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Experience in maintenance of HT/LT systems, Control panels, PLC Analog and digital I/Os, DG sets, and electrical panels.
• Knowledge of testing instruments such as mustimeters, meggers, clamp meters, etc.

Electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, DG operation, HT/LT systems, electrical safety, teamwork and basic documentation.
