Job summary

ITC in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Product Development Specialist to lead new product and process development, ensure quality improvements, and oversee scale-up from pilot to full production. Responsibilities

• New product and process development, quality improvement and upgradation, develop and update quality control procedures for the manufacture of products in plants.
• Sensory profiling of products, flavour profiling and product compatibility studies.
• Shelf life evaluation and consumer research activities, supplier development.
• Plant layout and scale up, ensure smooth transfer from pilot to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align R&D with business goals.
