Job summary

Conduent is seeking a Senior QA lead to drive end-to-end QA for CMdS product lines. You will collaborate with business SMEs, product owners, and engineering teams to ensure quality and compliance across claims processing and adjudication systems.

The role requires strong SQL data validation, web services testing, and hands-on experience with release testing in an agile environment. Excellent communication with clients and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience as Senior QA/QA lead with strong US Healthcare / claims/EDI domain expertise.
• Solid experience in writing SQL statements for data validations.
• Ability to design, develop, test and debug tests cases/scripts/plans/strategy documents.
• Strong web services testing experience using Postman or SoapUI.

Senior QA Job Description

• Senior QA role supporting Conduent CMdS Product.
• Responsible for end-to-end QA delivery across claims processing and adjudication systems.
• Collaborate with business SMEs, product owners, and engineering teams to ensure quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze user needs and test software solutions using agile methodology
• Create test models for release testing (plans, data and scripts) including the identification, collection and/or creation of test data
• Lead co-ordination and execution of release testing as appropriate
• Determine and meet time estimates and schedules for testing efforts
• Define Release Test Plans and criteria for user acceptance including entry/exit criteria
• Develop, update and maintain quality testing standards and procedures
• Communicate effectively with customers and software vendors as appropriate
• Assist in the planning, creation and control of the test environment(s)
• Follow standard testing methodology frameworks, testing processes as a standard
• Co-ordinate testing specific release activities
• Determine and meet time estimates and schedules for testing efforts
• Create test models for release testing (plans, data and scripts) pate in structured walk-through and peer reviews
• Participate in the coordination and execution of release testing
• Update and test release installation procedures
• Participate in Lessons Learned as appropriate
• Identify defects and questionable functionality; manage defects through to closure
• Resolve issues with unclear requirements and achieve a successful result
• Triage and solve complex problems using structured troubleshooting methodologies
• Work independently as well as work collaboratively in a team environment

Experience required

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience as Senior QA/QA lead with strong US Healthcare / claims/EDI domain expertise
• Solid experience in writing SQL statements for data validations
• Ability to design, develop, test and debug tests cases/Scripts/plans/strategy documents
• Hands on Experience in Validate end-to-end claims lifecycle, including:
• Member eligibility and benefit verification
• Provider validation (NPI, NCPDP ID)
• Real-time POS claims adjudication
• Pricing logic (ASC, Rates, TPL, copay, Service Authorization, reference data pricing)
• Test complex scenarios involving:
• Claims Adjudication / EDI
• Prior Authorization (PA)
• Formulary and benefit plan rules
• Claims Pricing
• Document and interpret business and technical requirements for testing utilizing various development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Iterative, Waterfall, etc.)
• Effective communication skills to articulate testing result data to multiple audiences.
• Strong web services testing experience using Postman or Soup UI.
• Working knowledge of industry standard automated testing tools, practices, and software and/or Performance testing tools.
• Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and team members
