Job summary

SAP SE in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced SAP Cloud Operations professional to lead end-to-end managed services for SAP Private Cloud and serve as the main technical contact for customers. The role requires 7+ years in SAP operations, deep SAP S/4HANA knowledge, and hands-on experience with cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP system operations experience across SAP Basis, databases, OS, and infra management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, migrations, conversions, and SAP tech solutions.
• Experience delivering technical services, managing customer engagements, and coordinating priorities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; excellent communication and stakeholder management.

What you bring

• 7+ years of experience in SAP system operations, including SAP Basis, databases, operating systems, and infrastructure management across complex enterprise landscapes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, migration approaches, conversion methodologies, and SAP technology solutions.
• Experience delivering technical services, managing customer engagements, and coordinating multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and hyperscaler environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments and enterprise database technologies including SAP HANA and Sybase.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with fluency in English and Arabic.
• Proven ability to manage escalations, mitigate risks, solve complex technical challenges, and maintain customer confidence in high-pressure situations.
• SAP certifications in SAP Basis, SAP Technology, SAP S/4HANA, or related SAP domains are preferred. Certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP are an advantage.
