Qualifications

• Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for automation is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and endpoints.
• Implement, monitor, and upgrade security protocols (firewalls, antivirus, IDS).
• Oversee system configuration, performance, and troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Manage VMware and other virtualization platforms.
• Design and implement network topology, routing, and switch configurations.
• Administer Active Directory, group policies, and user access control.
• Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and system integrity policies are enforced.
• Prepare documentation, SOPs, and IT asset inventory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT needs and improvements.
• Mentor junior IT support engineers and handle escalations.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend upgrades.

About the Role
