Job summary

Accenture Bengaluru is seeking an IT Service Management Analyst to drive the Sales Operations analytics workstream, transforming sales processes into a future-ready revenue engine.

You will support backend sales operations, build and maintain dashboards, and measure sales data to assess product or campaign effectiveness.

The role involves collaboration with peers, potential client exposure, and may include rotational shifts; graduation is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Graduation is required in any field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Experience in sales analytics is beneficial.
