Job summary

IT Service Management role at MNC in Pune invites BE holders with 2-3+ years of relevant IT experience to join our team. Notice period of 30 days; immediate joiner preferred.

Key duties include providing day-to-day desktop, laptop and softphone support; basic server knowledge (AD, DNS, DHCP); incident management to meet SLA; and supporting LAN infrastructure. Familiarity with WVD/AVD, Genesys/AWS is a plus. Flexible to work in shifts across geographies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for desktops, laptops, and softphones.
• Basic knowledge of servers (AD, DNS, DHCP)
• Handle incidents and service requests, ensuring SLA adherence and root cause resolution
• Support basic LAN infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls)
• Troubleshoot endpoint OS issues and ensure security compliance
• Understanding of IT asset management
• Support remote and floor users based on ticket assignments
• Knowledge of WVD/AVD, and exposure to Genesys/AWS is an added advantage
• Flexible to work in shifts and coordinate across geographies
