Job summary

DynPro India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for an IT Service Desk role for a Big4 client (Deloitte). The position is hybrid with a 24/7 rotating shift and 0.6 to 2 years of experience.

Location is Mind space, Hyderabad. Virtual interview, 6 months C2H/Contract2Hire. Primary responsibilities include resolving voice and non-voice interactions via phone, email, chats and tickets. Strong knowledge of Active Directory, MS Office, hardware, software, and OS is required.

• Easily grasp and communicate complex ideas.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Provide effective and timely resolution for all voice and non-voice interactions (phone, email, self-service tickets, chats and voicemail) with end users.

• Knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Knowledge of Operating Systems like Windows 10 and MacOS.
