Job summary

Arting Digital Private Limited is seeking an experienced IT Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and ensure timely delivery of technology projects in Bengaluru. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to refine user stories and manage backlogs, while promoting Scrum and Kanban principles.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and hands-on experience with Jira or similar tools. On-site work in Bangalore Urban is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as an IT Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Agile Facilitator, or similar Agile role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and sprint activities.
• Experience with User Stories, Product Backlog, Backlog Refinement, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technology environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• PSM, CSM, or similar Agile certification is preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bangalore Urban.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Support teams in defining, refining, prioritizing, and managing User Stories and Product Backlogs.
• Identify and remove impediments that may impact sprint or project delivery.
• Promote Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement across teams.
