Job summary

Hindco Recruitment Consultants is seeking an experienced IT recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define role requirements.

You will also build and maintain candidate pipelines, manage databases, and source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms to fill critical IT positions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in IT hiring with knowledge of IT technologies, software development lifecycle, and technical roles.
