Hindco Recruitment Consultants seeks an experienced IT recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and technology roles. You will manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment databases, ensuring a smooth, scalable process.

You will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and translate them into precise candidate profiles. Candidates with 4+ years in IT hiring and familiarity with SDLC are preferred.

Competenze

4+ years of experience in IT hiring with knowledge of IT technologies, software development lifecycle, and technical roles.
Experience using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms.
