Job summary

Zebra is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst in Bengaluru to lead Salesforce QA, test automation, and API validation in an Agile setup. You will design end-to-end test strategies for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and connected systems, and drive automation using Tosca or Playwright.

You will partner with Sales, IT, and Customer Service teams, implement AI-assisted testing approaches where applicable, and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for scalable releases.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on QA experience with Salesforce (SFDC) platforms.
• Experience testing Salesforce business processes (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Hands-on automation with Tosca or Playwright for test automation.
• Experience with API and integration testing; CI/CD and Agile/Scrum.
• Proficiency with Jira and test-management tools such as ALM QC or qTest.
