Qualifications

• 2–5 years of IT project management experience including cloud-related projects.

• Experience with Agile, Scrum delivery approaches.

• Ability to manage competing priorities with technical and nontechnical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects from initiation through delivery and closure.

• Coordinate cloud projects on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security, and operations teams.
• Track schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and changes; escalate when needed.

• Support Agile ceremonies or traditional governance as needed.
• Coordinate testing, deployment readiness, documentation and handover.

About the Role

We are looking for an IT Project Manager with 2–5 years of experience to plan and deliver technology projects, including cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and application deployments. You will work with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring successful delivery and a smooth transition to operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects from initiation and planning through delivery and closure.
• Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, resource requirements, and success criteria.
• Coordinate cloud projects involving AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Work closely with engineering, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to manage dependencies and resolve blockers.
• Track project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and changes; elevate concerns when needed.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.
• Support Agile ceremonies or traditional project governance, depending on project needs.
• Coordinate testing, deployment readiness, documentation, and operational handover.
• Ensure security, compliance, and cost requirements are incorporated into project plans.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in IT project management, including experience coordinating or delivering cloud-related projects.
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Working understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, identity and access management, and security concepts.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum delivery approaches.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate with technical and nontechnical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, or SaaS implementations.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud cost management.
• Relevant certifications such as CAPM, PMP, Certified ScrumMaster, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.
• Experience coordinating external vendors or distributed teams.
