Job summary

Quadruple Group in Bengaluru, India, seeks a Supplier Manager IT & Services Procurement to head procurement operations across SaaS, cloud, IT services, and hardware. This on-site role focuses on supplier relationship management, strategic sourcing, and cross-functional collaboration to drive cost savings and value for the EV space initiatives.

The candidate should have 4–6 years in indirect procurement, with a strong grasp of supplier landscapes, negotiations, and INCO terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in engineering or MBA in SCM.
• 4–6 years of indirect procurement experience.
• Experience in Automobile, Aerospace, or related manufacturing industries.
• Understanding of supplier landscape and zero-based costing.
• Ability to manage time, cost, and quality in programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute Supplier Relationship Management initiative in line with the organization’s objectives and priorities.
• Handle procurement commodities - SaaS and On-prem Software Products & Licenses; Cloud Procurement (GCP, AWS, Azure); Engineering Outsourcing & Managed Services; Data & Telecom services; IT services; IT Hardware, Networking equipment.
• Stratify suppliers based on strategic importance; design customized supplier engagement programs.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with suppliers and work with suppliers and internal teams to design plans for action from the review.
• Identify risks early and proactively mitigate them.
• Lead and conduct the annual supplier event, including working on the content and messaging for the supply base.
• Monitor performance of the suppliers and raise alerts on any technology, supply chain, quality gaps, and work with suppliers and our teams to design improvement plans.
• Work closely with the supply base and the internal cross‑functional teams of Sourcing, Fulfilment, and Quality to successfully execute the supplier engagement plans.
• Communicate to suppliers on happenings and events.

Role Description

The Supplier Manager IT & Services Procurement is a full-time, on‑site role based in Bengaluru. We are in the constant pursuit of providing unique experiences to our customers through our products. In the Electric Vehicle (EV) space our products are engineered ground‑up in India to provide best in class performance, comfort and connectivity to our customers. The Software & Services that we use to create such a unique experience form an integral part of our Operations. The successful candidate would head Our procurement operations in these commodity categories.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

• Design and execute Supplier Relationship Management initiative in line with the

HERE’S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Good experience on understanding of supplier landscape, value chain mapping, understanding of Zero based costing.
• Experienced in developing and executing strategies with suppliers
• Experience in managing the three pillars of program management - time, cost, quality
• Ability to work on Spend analysis, negotiations, and good understanding of commercials and INCO terms.
• Ability to work well within a team – enjoys collaborating, persuading, and influencing
• Ability to thrive under pressure – to manage challenging deadlines
• Good collaboration skills, the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and various stakeholders
• Strong planning, process management, and decision‑making skills
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in working on Greenfield projects will be a plus

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in engineering from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute, OR an MBA in Supply Chain Management
• 4-6 years of relevant functional experience in handling Indirect commodities procurement
• Experience in industries such as Automobile, Aerospace, or other related manufacturing industries would be a plus.
